Built-in high-precision CCD vision system with Mark point recognition on both PCB and stencil for automatic alignment. Key innovation: the PCB remains stationary while the stencil moves — this means the PCB guide rails never interfere with adjacent equipment, no return-to-origin wait time, and faster overall cycle speed. Repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.025mm or better, capable of handling 03015 micro-component printing. One of the most critical pieces of equipment at the front of any SMT production line.
